    • Personalized/customized products: As each item is meticulously crafted to your specifications, please allow 4-5 business days for production before shipping.
    • Premade products: Orders for premade items are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  3. Shipping Methods:

    • We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.
    • Shipping options, including standard and expedited services, will be displayed at checkout, along with the estimated delivery times.
  4. International Shipping:

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their respective countries upon delivery.
    • Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.

Return and Exchange:

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact our customer service within 2-3 days of receiving your package.
  2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    • Personalized/customized products: Since these items are crafted specifically for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
    • Premade products: Returns or exchanges for premade items are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  3. Return/Exchange Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details, reason for the return/exchange, and any supporting information.
    • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  4. Refunds and Store Credit:

    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
    • If you prefer, we can offer store credit instead of a refund, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as personalized and custom-made apparel, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
