Return and Exchange:

  2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    • Personalized/customized products: Since these items are crafted specifically for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
    • Premade products: Returns or exchanges for premade items are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  3. Return/Exchange Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details, reason for the return/exchange, and any supporting information.
    • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  4. Refunds and Store Credit:

    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
    • If you prefer, we can offer store credit instead of a refund, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as personalized and custom-made apparel, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
